BijliBills.com is an independent online resource that helps electricity consumers across Pakistan check their bijli bill, download a duplicate copy and understand exactly what they are being charged. The site was created and is run by Muhammad Umar Draz, an individual publisher based in Pakistan, out of a simple frustration: checking an electricity bill and understanding the tariff behind it was far harder than it needed to be.
What we do
We provide free bill-checking tools and detailed, plain-language guides for every major electricity distribution company (DISCO) in the country — LESCO, FESCO, MEPCO, GEPCO, IESCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO and K-Electric. Using nothing more than the 14-digit reference number printed on any old bill, visitors can view their current bill, see the payable amount and due date, and print an official duplicate copy — with no registration and no fees.
Alongside the bill checker, we publish in-depth guides on how Pakistani electricity tariffs actually work: unit slabs, protected versus unprotected status, fuel price adjustment (FPA), the fixed monthly charge, GST and other taxes, peak-hour (TOU) billing, and practical ways to reduce your bill. Every guide is researched and written by hand and checked against NEPRA notifications, official SROs and the DISCOs’ own tariff pages.

The site is owned and operated independently by Muhammad Umar Draz. All content is researched, written and maintained in-house. We are not affiliated with WAPDA, NEPRA, any electricity distribution company or any government body, and we do not represent them in any way. For any official billing dispute, meter issue or new connection, consumers should always contact their DISCO directly.
Our commitment to accuracy
Tariffs, fuel adjustments and surcharges in Pakistan change frequently. We update our rate tables and guides whenever NEPRA or the government notifies a change, and we clearly date our content so you always know how current it is. If you ever spot something that looks wrong, we want to hear about it — accuracy matters to us more than anything else.
