BijliBills.com is an independent electricity-bill information website operated by Muhammad Umar Draz. This policy explains the information involved in using this website, contacting us, and visiting third-party services linked from our pages.

Official bill portals and the unit calculator

The company directory on our homepage opens the relevant official bill portal in a new tab. The directory does not ask for your bill reference number, customer ID or account number. You enter those details on the provider’s website, which has its own privacy practices.

The homepage unit calculator calculates the difference between readings in your browser. Its calculation does not require an account or submit those readings to BijliBills. It does not retrieve an official bill or process a payment.

Other websites and any externally embedded services are controlled by their respective operators. Their data practices may differ from ours. Check the address and privacy information of the service before entering account details.

Information you send us

If you email us, the message, your email address and anything you choose to include are available to us and the email service used to deliver and handle the message. We use that information to address your inquiry, investigate corrections and manage the correspondence. Please do not send a full bill, CNIC, passwords or payment information.

Technical information and analytics

Our hosting and website service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, access times and errors to deliver the site, protect it and diagnose problems.
