IESCO Bill Online Check – Download Duplicate Bill
Use IESCO Web Bill on PITC to view an Islamabad Electric Supply Company bill. The direct link opens the official service, where you can search with the reference number or Customer ID printed on your bill.
Opens in a new tab. BijliBills is an independent guide; account records and corrections are handled by IESCO.
Checking an Islamabad or Rawalpindi connection
Choose the company shown on the issued bill. A city name, an old saved biller or a general “WAPDA” search is not sufficient to identify your current account. For a moved or rented property, match the premises and meter number before relying on an older bill.
On the official page, select Reference No or Customer ID to match the identifier you have. Enter every digit as requested, including leading zeroes. If the form shows a separate suffix control, use it according to your bill. Our identifier guide explains why the two number types should not be mixed.
Moving house or paying for more than one meter
A payment app can retain the account from your previous home. Before authorising a payment, compare the account it retrieves with the bill for the property you now use. If one landlord has several meters, the account-holder name may be the same on several bills.
Keep a private label for each verified connection and record which meter serves your unit. If the meter cannot be identified safely, ask the owner or authorised IESCO staff. Do not infer the right account from a similar street address alone.
Download, print and keep the bill
- Open the complete issued bill and check its billing month.
- Use the bill’s print control or your browser’s Print menu.
- Choose Save as PDF where supported.
- Reopen the file and inspect the account header, amounts and due date.
Keep monthly files separately from payment receipts. A consumption-history row is not the same as a complete past bill, and a saved bill does not confirm a payment. See mobile PDF instructions and how to keep bill history.
Separate the type of problem before contacting support
- No bill found: check the company, identifier type and digits. A failed lookup does not confirm that the balance is zero. Use the bill-not-found checklist.
- Reading seems wrong: compare the same meter and register over the bill’s reading dates. Keep a dated photograph and use the meter-reading guide.
- Payment debited: retain the transaction ID and receipt; ask the payment service and IESCO about posting. Follow the unpaid-status checklist.
Office visits and complaints
Use the relevant subdivision or service-office details printed on your bill. Confirm where the request should go and what documents are required before travelling. A head-office listing or an old telephone directory may not identify the office responsible for your connection.
The official PITC CCMS complaint service is another route for supported enquiries. Save the complaint reference, describe the affected month and keep supporting evidence. Ask IESCO directly about any correction or due-date arrangement instead of assuming a complaint changes the amount payable.
