MEPCO Bill Online Check – Download Duplicate Bill
Open MEPCO Web Bill on PITC for a Multan Electric Power Company duplicate bill. Keep the reference number or Customer ID from your connection ready; you enter it on the official service.
Opens the official service in a new tab. BijliBills does not issue bills, access your private account or process payments.
Check a MEPCO bill for the right property
- Choose the reference-number or Customer ID option shown on MEPCO Web Bill.
- Copy the corresponding identifier from your own bill, following the form’s format instructions.
- Open the result and check the premises, meter number and billing month.
- Read the payable amount and due date before saving or paying.
For a Multan or South Punjab property, the company name printed on the bill is the deciding detail. Do not assume that a number saved from another home belongs to your current connection.
CNIC registration is a different service
The public MEPCO bill form offers billing-identifier options. A separate customer-registration or account-update process does not mean this form can retrieve any bill using a CNIC alone. If you have lost the reference number and Customer ID, check your own previous bills or payment receipts, then contact MEPCO if necessary.
Our lost-reference guide explains that recovery process. Use MEPCO’s official customer channels for identity or account updates, rather than sending documents to an unrelated bill-help page.
Save a bill that you can reopen
After the complete official bill loads, use its print control or your browser’s Print menu. If Save as PDF is available, save the file and reopen it. Check that the top account section and bottom payment information are both included. This is more reliable than assuming that a downloaded file or cropped screenshot contains the whole document.
Save one document for each connection and billing month, with the payment receipt kept alongside it. See the phone PDF guide and monthly bill-history guide. An older bill can identify an account, but its amount and deadline should not be used for a new month.
Prepare evidence for a MEPCO enquiry
For a reading question, note the bill’s reading date, the printed readings and the meter number. Keep a dated meter photograph taken from a safe position. Compare the same register and account; a difference between today’s reading and an older reading is not automatically an error. The meter-reading guide explains the calculation and its limits.
For a payment question, keep the receipt and transaction ID. Use the payment-posting checklist if money was debited but the balance is unclear. Ask the provider to explain the particular line or transaction rather than submitting only “my bill is high.”
Official MEPCO support
Use the contact information on your current bill, MEPCO’s official website, or the PITC CCMS complaint page for the services offered there. Record the complaint reference and follow-up dates.
Share a bill privately with the authorised service handling the enquiry. If sharing an example publicly, remove the customer’s name, address, phone number, account identifiers and barcode. A public bill image is not needed to use this guide.
