Reporting a website issue
Include the page address, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. For a factual correction, include an official source if you have one. A screenshot can help, but cover names, addresses, reference numbers and any other private details first.
Please do not send CNIC images, full bills, passwords, card details or payment receipts. BijliBills does not need these to review a website problem.
How to report a broken bill link or calculator result
If a bill link fails, tell us which company you selected and what appeared after you clicked. For example, “I chose GEPCO from the company directory on my phone and the link opened a page that said ‘Page not found’.” Include the address of the BijliBills page where you started. If the destination address contains a customer number, leave that part out.
For a calculator issue, use example figures that reproduce the result. Include the calculator name, the units entered, the options selected and the estimate displayed. If you think a rate is out of date, give the billing month and the title or link of the published tariff you used for comparison. These details help us check the calculation without needing a copy of your bill.
Electricity-company support
BijliBills is an independent information website. We cannot correct an official bill, confirm a payment, restore electricity, arrange a new connection or access an electricity account. For these matters, contact the electricity company printed on your bill through its official website or the contact information on the bill.
If you are unsure which provider to use, start with our company directory. The company name on your bill is more reliable than choosing by a nearby city.
