A household connection and a tube-well connection should each be checked against the category printed on that connection’s QESCO bill. Even when both meters belong to one owner, do not carry the category, units or previous balance from one reference number to the other.
Open the official QESCO bill and keep the copy for the billing period you want to check.
Locate the QESCO consumer schedule
QESCO’s NEPRA record includes a June 2026 review of the company’s distribution and supply determinations. Identify the notified customer schedule and any conditions that apply to the month under review. The existence of a subsidy or concession elsewhere does not establish eligibility on this account.
NEPRA’s QESCO tariff records include notification S.R.O. 49(I)/2026, listed on 13 January 2026. Treat it as a dated starting point and check later notifications or adjustments for the period on your bill.
For a billing enquiry, copy the tariff code, the units line and the particular charge in question. If you are querying a credit, ask which period and connection it covered, and retain the issued bill and any written response.
