FESCO Tariff Guide for Residential and Commercial Bills

Two FESCO accounts can use the same number of units and owe different amounts. If you are comparing a house with a shop, start with the tariff code on each bill. Then compare the energy charge for each account with the corresponding residential or commercial schedule. A shopkeeper’s total is a poor estimate of what the same units would cost at home.

Open the official FESCO bill and keep the copy for the billing period you want to check.

Where to find the FESCO tariff record

In the FESCO archive, the July 2026 review concerns the consumer-end tariff and the timing of annual rebasing. The order date alone does not tell you when a particular charge first appeared on your bill. In the relevant notification, find the effective date and the row for your connection.

NEPRA’s FESCO tariff records include notification S.R.O. 41(I)/2026, listed on 13 January 2026. Treat it as a dated starting point and check later notifications or adjustments for the period on your bill.

Write down the billing month, units and energy amount on the Faisalabad bill. Keep any fixed charge or old balance on a separate line. If the energy row matches, check those other lines before asking FESCO to review the meter reading.

For help reading the schedule, use the national electricity tariff guide. To check your arithmetic, put the figures printed on the bill into the bill arithmetic checker.

Find another electricity company if the name on your bill differs.
